During a one-week stay in Lisbon, we collaborated with CTT, Portugal’s main postal service company, to design a service touchpoint for their new reusable packaging system. This project was conducted in international and interdisciplinary teams, combining diverse expertise to develop an innovative solution.
Our work focused on creating a mockup for the new service interface while mapping out the necessary structures through stakeholder analyses, user journeys, and product journeys. By identifying key interactions and touchpoints, we aimed to enhance the usability and efficiency of the system. At the end of the project, we presented our findings and prototypes, demonstrating a structured approach to sustainable packaging solutions within the postal service sector.
This project highlighted the potential of interdisciplinary collaboration in shaping more efficient and environmentally friendly logistics systems.
